For weddings and large summer events, six months ahead is ideal — especially for peak season (May–September). For private dinners, four to six weeks is comfortable. We’ll always try to accommodate shorter notice where we can.
Yes. Cheltenham and the surrounding area is our base, but we work across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire as standard. For special occasions — particularly weddings — we’ll travel further. Just ask.
Every enquiry is different. Pricing is based on guest numbers, location, menu scope and event type. We discuss it transparently at the first conversation — no hidden costs, no surprises. An enquiry is never a commitment.
